How does our loyalty programme work?
Earn points for activities and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. Accumulating points allows you to reach higher tiers and unlock greater rewards
Do my points ever expire?
Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of continuous inactivity. If you do not purchase for 12 months, your total points balance will expire. To keep your points, you just need to make another purchase and the clock will reset.
How do I redeem my points ?
Every time you make a purchase, you receive points. Once you have enough points to claim a voucher head over to the House of Sin and visit the Your Rewards section to claim your coupon code. A unique code will be generated on-screen, ready for you to copy and paste into the promo code box at checkout.
Can I be demoted from a tier by redeeming points?
Once you reach a new tier, you’ll never be moved down, even if you redeem points that bring you below the threshold. Your tier status is permanent once earned.
How do I earn points?
You can earn 1 point for every pound spent, plus additional points on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the ‘Earn Points’ section on the loyalty page.
Where can I check my points balance and tier ranking?
Simply log into your account and your current points balance will be displayed on the House of Sin page along with your current tier.
How can I participate in the House of Sin?
As soon as you’ve registered an account, you are enrolled into the House of Sin. By creating a Seven Sins account you are also opting into marketing communications.
Can I earn points on discounted or sale items?
Yes! Points can be earned on all purchases, including sale and discounted items.
How do I know when I reach a new tier?
You will receive an email notification when you’ve moved up a tier, so you’ll always know when you’re eligible for better rewards.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
How long does it take for my points to appear in my account after a purchase?
Points appear in your account within 24 hours of your purchase being processed. If they haven’t shown up after that time, please contact us.
